This was all Rachel’s idea. Brilliant! A very
simple, yet a delightful dish. I call it Spaghetti with Mixed Veggies. She
brought some home-made spaghetti today in the office and the idea to have some
twist on it.
The ingredients
We bought frozen mixed vegetables (green peas,
carrots and corn), butter and barbeque powder. Put some butter and barbeque
powder on the veggies and heated on the oven for about 2 minutes and (wholah!)
the butter has melted, served and done!
Heat for about 2 minutes until butter has
melted.
Regarding the budget, you can buy 200 grams of
mixed vegetables in the grocery for 30php and it’s already good for two.
